Route AWS EC2 VPC internal traffic with Route 53

I wanted to easily route VPC internal traffic.

This is all you need to know.

AND !!! You must set up the Route 53 stuff before creating EC2 instances. Instances created before you set up your Route 53 stuff won't work.

ALSO !!! The bit at the end about creating a new DHCP Options Set (which is very nice!) needs to be done before EC2 instances are created.
